During opening hours (Monday to Friday 07:30–17:00 and Saturday 09:00–13:00), the hire desk answers calls and WhatsApp messages in real time. Email is typically answered within a couple of working hours. Out-of-hours messages are picked up first thing on the next working day.
Can I call for product advice before booking?
Yes — that is how most trade customers book. Describe the job on the phone and the hire desk will recommend the right unit, confirm stock and set up delivery. No upselling, no spec-sheet jargon, no call-centre handoff.
Do you help me choose the right equipment?
Yes. Whether it is a dehumidifier size for a flood response, the correct scaffold tower platform height, a 110V or 240V breaker, or the right air mover configuration — matching equipment to the job is part of the service, not an add-on.
Can I arrange collection from your depot?
Yes. Free collection is available from our Greenford yard (UB6 7JD), Monday to Friday 07:30–17:00 and Saturday 09:00–13:00, by prior booking. Pick “Collection” at checkout and the equipment is prepared and ready when you arrive.
Can I extend a hire if the job runs over?
Yes. Call or email the hire desk before your collection date and we extend in place — no redelivery fee, no rebooking charge, no minimum extension beyond one day. Weekly and multi-week rates apply for longer projects.
Do you deliver across London?
Yes. London-wide delivery from our Greenford yard, plus the surrounding Home Counties. Same-day, next-day, priority before 11am, and scheduled options are available at checkout, priced openly by postcode zone.
Can I collect instead of arranging delivery?
Yes — collection is free. It is the fastest option for customers based near UB6 (Ealing, Perivale, Northolt, Acton, Wembley and surrounding postcodes). Book the hire online, pick “Collection” at checkout, and bring photo ID if it is your first hire.
