    Does a trade account cost anything?

    No. It’s free to open and free to keep. You only pay for what you hire — at your 15% trade rate.

    Do I have to pay a deposit?

    On approved 30-day accounts we waive the refundable deposit — your account terms cover it. Orders paid by card carry the standard refundable deposit, returned 2–3 working days after your hire ends.

    How quickly is my account approved?

    Usually within one working day. We’ll confirm by email and you can hire straight away at your trade rate.

    Can my team place orders too?
