What this setup does
The 95L building dryer is a high-capacity refrigerant unit aimed at site drying and larger commercial spaces. It pulls more moisture from the air per hour than the 55L industrial unit, so it can keep up with bigger or more saturated drying jobs.
Two air movers give wider surface coverage so the airflow side keeps pace with the higher extraction rate. This is the package to choose when the wet area is too big for a single 55L dehumidifier or when the saturation level is heavier than a domestic-scale leak.
For a normal domestic damp job this package is over-spec’d — Larger Wet Room or Best Value will do the job at lower cost. Choose 95L when the room is large, the load is heavy, or it is a site job rather than a domestic one.

Typical drying window
5–10 days for heavier site drying jobs, longer for very wet structures or freshly laid screed.
Drying time depends on saturation level, room size, temperature, airflow and what was wet. We do not guarantee drying times. Building site drying after fresh concrete or screed often runs longer than 10 days; speak to us about extending the hire if needed.

How the package rate works
The package uses a tiered rate. The 1–5 day price is a fixed package rate that covers any hire from one to five days. From day six, the package moves to a lower daily long-hire rate that runs for the full hire — it is not added on top of the 5-day rate. Hires of 6 days or longer move to the lower daily long-hire rate shown above. The deposit is refunded after collection and inspection, subject to return condition. Delivery is charged separately by London delivery zone. VAT applies to hire and delivery.
Delivery, ID, deposit and access
Kerbside deliveryStandard delivery is kerbside. If you need help carrying the kit indoors, mention it when you book.
Stairs and accessEach unit is light enough to carry, but tight stairs or lift access should be confirmed before delivery.
ID verificationPhoto ID and proof of address are required before delivery. Deposit is taken at booking.

Water source firstFix or isolate the leak before drying. Standing water must be extracted before this kit goes in.

Common questions
Is this overkill for a normal domestic damp job?
Yes — for a single damp room or a contained leak, Best Value or Larger Wet Room is the right call and you save money. The 95L is sized for site drying and larger spaces, not domestic damp.
Will it dry a freshly poured concrete floor?
For drying support after fresh concrete or screed, the 95L plus two air movers is sized for it — but drying concrete fully takes weeks, not days, regardless of the kit. The package speeds the surface drying. Call us about extended hire periods for concrete.
How is this different from LGR Step-Up?
95L gives more raw extraction in a warm room. LGR maintains extraction in a cooler room. If the room is heated and the load is heavy, 95L is the right choice. If the room is cool (below ~16°C), LGR is the right choice. Call us if you have both — heavy load AND cold — we can talk through options.
How long should I hire it for?
Most heavier site drying jobs run 5 to 10 days, longer for very wet structures or freshly laid materials. The 1–5 day package rate covers up to five days. From day six the package switches to the lower long-hire rate.
What happens after 5 days?
From day six onwards the package switches to the lower daily long-hire rate (£32.99/day + VAT). This rate replaces the 1–5 day fixed rate for the whole hire — it is not added on top.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. The £200 deposit is refunded after the kit is collected and inspected, subject to return condition. ID and proof of address are required before delivery.
Do you deliver across London?
Yes. We deliver across London from our Greenford UB6 depot. Same-day delivery is usually available if you order before our daily cut-off, subject to stock and route. The 95L unit is heavy — confirm access at booking.
